Refunds & Returns Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

 

Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size (where applicable).
Please contact us before sending your item so we can confirm the exchange details and stock availability.
You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is posted.

Contact your bank, processing timelines vary.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

 

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items qualify for returns.
